This line of writing is really Baldacci's forte.
Several of his books have been a real disappointment. Hell's Corner was not to my liking as much as Wish You Well. Could not get into either book. The Camel Club Trilogy were outstanding but then faded as the story lines faltered in later books.
The Michelle Maxwell/Sean King series though provide real entertainment and were a real treat to listen to. This particular book, The Sixth Man was especially entertaining and I did not see the twist coming at the end as it did. This type of storytelling was what attracted me to David Baldacci in the first place.
I reccommend this book to all thriller lovers.

This was a great book to me. I don't have a problem with the southern accent, mostly because no one gets that right.
This book did make me HAVE to read the next book though.

Great story but narration almost spoiled it.
Every Baldacci book is excellent. Great story impossible to figure out until revealed by author. Michelle is a great character but in this ebook she was narrated by a woman with a grating voice, and Michelle talked back constantly and was haughty snd rude. A know it all pain. I hope the last book is different.

Narrator was not as bad as portrayed
David Baldacci never disappoints. The story was complicated, detailed and moved rapidly. I had no problems listening to this narrator. Highly recommend the entire series.
