Remarkable Book
I found this book truly Remarkable and inspirational.
I found it really hard to put down.
I highly recommend this book to anyone that is struggling with life’s seemingly insurmountable pressures and events.
If you apply even a few of insights, life will be different.
For me, my awareness and perception of life’s challenges have taken a very different route.

There are good books, great books, excellent books and then there is THIS book. Western society is so addicted to success, but without happiness... how many are on happy pills to cope with getting out of bed, life in general is pretty sad, stressful and painful. Opening and enlightening
A wonderful example to follow if you are open to it. Made even more so by the authors reading as you can really feel the gravity of certain parts to his experience. Amazing just as a story but the deeper message was what moved the dial for me.
