18 Years Later...The Gateways remain the same

I purchase this book in 1998. Read only 1/3. Right now as a yearning for personal fulfillment and a higher level of enlightenment has become a primary focus, I serendipitously stumbled across it. Glad I did, then found this wonderful audio presentation.

Delivered as a seminar Dan walks through the 12 Gateways to Freedom with poise and attention grabbing engagement. He beautifully reminder me of much what I knew, but was not active very practicing.

There are also so many awesome quotes!

17 years on and the content within is not at all out of place and is applicable now as it was back in 1999 and will be for many decades to come.

I really like it!

The only thing I disliked was that he brought up being a "world class gymnast" too many times. I guess he wanted to qualify himself.

The narration was good. It was funny at times and kept my attention.

I have listened to this title several times and I always get more out of it.

marvelous message

Simplifies enlightenment amazingly. Big gripe. It cuts off chapter 8 and there is no way to tell how much is missing. I tried it in two different devices to make sure it was the program and not my device. But I loved this program.

Excellent lecture

An excellent lecture by a great writer. he takes the lessons of his written works and brings them to life in practical terms and applications. Lots of wisdom from Mr. Millman. I will enjoy re-listening to the many nuggets of wisdom he imparts.

Problems with audio

There are multiple places where the audio skips, sometimes just missing a few seconds but then at least in one place a whole section seems to be missing.

Content is good though and still worth listening to. I hope the audio problems are resolved though.

Excellent. Truly excellent.

I absolutely loved this book. It is one I will be returning to again and again. This book (and most of Dan's teaching) is an astounding combination of the practical and the profound. Of the ethereal and the everyday. I highly recommend this book for anyone on their journey of personal growth (wherever you may be). Buy it. Listen to it. Take notes. Do the practices (or don't). Soak it up. And be transformed as your awareness expands.

Transcends above cliché antidotes and affirmations

Material that if ingested, internalized, and brought into action has no other outcome but to change your life. Whatever you religious or philosophical perspective; you will have no other choice but to be a better human being after participating with this material. This isn’t an audible, but an everyday doable. I’m indebted to Dan Millman for his life’s work in becoming a “peaceful warrior,” and I personally strive to be aware and present myself as such. I love you, God bless you, and may you discover who you really are, and what you are here to do.

Great Book!

This is a winner. Hours of facintaing insights and incredible inspiration. Did not expect this at all. So much to learn here. Will listen and recommend this recorded seminar over and over again. Lots of funny moments as well. All of this info is presented in a very understanding and caring way. Lots of good meaning to life to be learned here for me.
