Life Changing
I must admit that I was not sold audio books. I loved opening books and actually reading words. However, this audiobook kept my attention and every chapter was moving. I found myself listening to this book while working, in the shower, and just relaxing around the house. Not only is it relatable, it’s well written and leaves you in a space thinking of how I can be more compassionate with myself and give myself grace. This is a perfect gift for a loved one. Looking forward to the next book by the author.

Love yourself!

This book is highly recommended, not only for black women, but also for any woman struggling with low self-esteem. This is a must read!
