Pension companies will not like this book :)
I never really considered what living a life with vitality really means. Now I think of it quite a lot and a try to do so.
Lots of useful info. Following even some of the advice Dr. Mark gives can only improve your life both physically and mentally.
Pension companies will not likes this book as we will live longer but life insurance companies will as they wont get as many claims :)
