About this listen
Grace Austen is struggling to support her 10-year-old brother and keep up the payments on the family farm during the Depression. When she unwittingly saves the life of the man sent to repossess the farm, she's determined to convince him to change his mind - and he's just as determined to let her.
Nathaniel Sampson knows he should turn and run the second he realizes where the car accident has left him, but he soon finds himself drawn to Grace and her precocious brother. Before he even realizes what's hit him, he wants to save the farm as much as Grace does. Now, convincing the board of directors at the bank will be a different story altogether.

Determined she isn’t “getting over Mike” quickly enough, her three sisters devise The Monday ManDates; an intervention plan requiring Juliette to endure what turns out to be a series of remarkably disastrous blind dates: TheraPaul, Frisky Frank, TAZ the rock star, and the stoic Tim Larsen, among others. Story
Blue Brigham was the man of the farm from an early age, so it was easy to get swept up in his older-than-his-years charm all those years ago. But when it came down to it, legal wasn't enough to keep a town like theirs from talking, and Harper Haley just wouldn't risk going public with their brief affair. She'd packed up and left town to marry another man her own age, thinking she'd left the past behind. Blue thought he knew what he signed up for when he moved his sister back in at the farm after her husband left her for another woman, but when Harper shows up, he knows he's in for trouble, still holding onto the grudge from all those years before....

Story
When some pretty little thing shows up at my doorstep with a suitcase, claiming she rented my house for the summer, I waste no time informing her that my house isn't for rent. Some Internet jack*ss scammed her out of all her money, but that's not my problem. Only when I find her sleeping in her car a couple days later, I can't turn my back. I make her an offer: room and board in exchange for working on my ranch. She agrees, and I open my doors to a girl who sings too loud, sticks her nose where it doesn't belong, and distracts me with her tight jeans and those full lips.

Wrong narrator for a sweet story!
A second listen didn't help. I had to cringe when it talked of "a lazy southern drawl" and it was done with a fairly thick IRISH accent! Why do they did this to such lovely story? It's a shame, but I don't think I can recommend this one.
