Publisher's summary

Separation and divorce are awkward for everyone. No one grows up dreaming of their divorce day. If you're the one getting divorced, there's probably embarrassment, shame, or humiliation to cope with, on top of sadness, anger, and real grieving, too. For believers, it can really test your faith. So why do we hardly ever hear a Sunday sermon on the various biblical perspectives of marriage and divorce?

This book will help you learn how our most intimate relationships have changed over time, and hopefully allow your own perspectives to change over the time it takes to listen it.

Shaz Jones provides a fresh look through the Bible to help equip any Christian manage the awkwardness around the divorce journey. Discover what the Bible really says about marriage and separation - including God's divorce - and the radical biblical commandment to end a bad marriage immediately (even when there are multiple children involved). Learn how to love and support others who are going through the painful process, and allow yourself to laugh and cry at some of the real-life stories of those who've gone before.

This book is a powerful reminder that you're not alone (even when you feel at your loneliest), and the life waiting for you on the other side of divorce might be better than you ever imagined - after all, God promised he will never leave you.

Is her interpretation correct?

I was impressed Ms Jones had a lot of scripture to her book. Since God’s divorce seemed to be a foundation to her interpretation, my question to any reader and for Ms Jones is what did God’s divorce of Israel look like? What does God do 4 verses later?
