Donuts & Donations
For years I was restless in what I call a Donuts & Donations parish. I knew I desired something more adventurous and challenging after reading Wild at Heart by John Eldridge, but when I found T-Gord on YouTube, I found that he put words to my restless heart. If you do not understand Timothy Gordon’s point of view, it is because you are complacent with a parish that focuses less on being relevant to the men in their pews and to the neighborhood who isn’t attending. It’s what I cal “Donuts & Donations”, in that there are Catholics who are comfortable with only discussing what is sweet and profitable. Discussing a matter that makes people uncomfortable or that challenges the norm (which is failing) is considered “Retrograde”.
Because of these things, having recently dove into the Audible universe, I am very happy that I found Timothy’s content here.

Fro Taylor Marshall to T Gimordon
I have listened to Taylor Marshall's videos for 2 years and became acquainted with Tim Gordon. I enjoyed the interplay between the two and all of a sudden I noticed that there was no more Tim Gordon. And I started checking out the internet and found out the story I became concerned because I've noticed that Taylor Marshall was sounded more like a Protestant than a Catholic and sounding like he knew more than the hierarchy of the church each and every time. His continued I would say vicious attacks on the Catholic Church hierarchy was becoming a bit concerning to me and while I have some concern about the current policies of the Vatican I did not think that the criticism was measured and I started looking elsewhere. I finally came upon Tim Gordon and did not realize he had his own YouTube channel. I have started listening to them and have realized that Tim Gordon does not have a Pope complex that I'm afraid other YouTubers do. So thank you Tim and I look forward to your videos and the months to come.
