New York Times best seller

Joining the ranks of The Life-Changing Magic of Not Giving a F*ck, The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck, You Are a Badass, and F*ck Feelings is this refreshing, BS-free self-empowerment guide that offers an honest, no-nonsense, tough-love approach to help you move past self-imposed limitations.

Are you tired of feeling f*cked up? If you are, Gary John Bishop has the answer. In this straightforward handbook, he gives you the tools and advice you need to demolish the slag weighing you down and become the truly unf*cked version of yourself. "Wake up to the miracle you are," he directs. "Here's what you've forgotten: You're a f*cking miracle of being." It isn't other people that are standing in your way; it isn't even your circumstances that are blocking your ability to thrive. It's yourself and the negative self-talk you keep telling yourself.

In Unf*ck Yourself, Bishop leads you through a series of seven assertions:

  • I am willing
  • I am wired to win
  • I got this
  • I embrace the uncertainty
  • I am not my thoughts; I am what I do
  • I am relentless
  • I expect nothing and accept everything

Lead the life you were meant to have - Unf*ck Yourself.

Straight to the point

First off- mr. Bishop is a Tremendous narrator. He infuses so much sentiment into he’s reading that immediately it has The effect that he’s looking for. The chapters are direct to the point, and go straight to the heart of the matter: you can create the change, you can create your reality, you need to except that you are the agent of change in your own life. I tremendously enjoyed this book and would recommend it to anyone, little problems to big.

Perfect for me.

I am a realist and this book is exactly what I need and needed. I will continue to listen to it until I feel like I am where I need to be. It's a no Bs type of book and you are the only one that can help yourself. Really put it all into perspective for me. Thank you.

A self-help book for people who hate self-help books

Loved everything about this. Some is stating the obvious, but he does it as a wonderful reminder that you and only you are in control of your own destiny. A great reminder that the “mood to change” won’t simply strike; it follows taking action and seeing progress. Highly recommend to everyone, especially those who “don’t have time” for reading such books. A quick, easy read that is fun to follow.

relatable & realistic

the narrator was relatable and kept the pace going. I have found some books like this to be redundant or drag on but this one doesn't. it is to the point, gives realistic, relatable examples and gets the root of what's being discussed.

Wow!!

Gary John Bishop, you called me out! This has been one of the best books I’ve ever listened to. I needed it. I listened as I ran on my tredmill. I ordered the calendar and workbook because I need more! Thank you!

Great fu*king book!

No pussyfooting around. I love this Scottish man and even though I purchased this book last year (haha... talk about procrastination) I needed to listen to it now, at this point of my life. It was worth my time and my money. It’s what I needed to get out of my head and move forward. I’ll be listening to it again and again. Thank you Gary!
