Resumen del Editor
Vegan Indian Recipes for Health, Wellness, Weight Loss, Happiness & Longevity
Have you considered eating a vegan diet and living the vegan lifestyle but aren’t sure where to start? In India, for many, veganism is not just a fad but a way of life. There are many dishes you can create that have no ingredients from animals or any animal products.
Eating vegan is easy; I will show you how!
I had been a chubby girl all my childhood. Chubby, but not overweight. However, I had been diagnosed with PCOS in my teens. Then, I had put on quite some weight.
My life has been such a struggle since that moment and for the years to follow. In my pursuit of weight loss, I had also discovered that the meat I was eating had contributed largely to my weight gain, along with my hormone imbalances.
Do you know, on average, vegans tend to be 20 pounds lighter when compared to meat-eaters?
The saturated fat found in eggs, dairy products, and meat can cause inflammation in the body. So, I decided to cut it down. Six months later, I had lost 10 pounds.
Moreover, I don’t know if it’s a placebo effect or if it’s the vegan diet’s magic, but ever since I started this lifestyle, I have been feeling very good - I mean calm, composed, and overall happy. Maybe, it all comes down to not having the regret of killing animals for my food.
Anyhow, other than weight loss and some other mental health benefits, there are many benefits that a vegan diet has to offer. However, this is not a book about veganism and its benefits. I want to tell you about all the tasty recipes I had personally tried. Most of these recipes are designed, tweaked, and finalized by me.
Enjoy over 100 unique and flavourful Indian vegan recipes!
I’ve spent a lot of my time developing these recipes. You see, no matter what diet I follow, I like my food to be tasty and healthy. So yeah, I’ve taken care of taste too.
Take a look at the preview’s table of contents so you can see just what value you’re getting with my book.

From the early days of raw corn liquor to the myriad distilleries that have proliferated around the country today, bourbon is a symbol of the United States. This course traces bourbon's entire history, from the 1700s, with Irish, Scottish, and French settlers setting up stills and making distilled spirits in the New World, through today's booming resurgence.

We live in a world of seeds. From our morning toast to the cotton in our clothes, they are quite literally the stuff and staff of life, supporting diets, economies, and civilizations around the globe. Just as the search for nutmeg and the humble peppercorn drove the Age of Discovery, so did coffee beans help fuel the Enlightenment and cottonseed help spark the Industrial Revolution. And from the fall of Rome to the Arab Spring, the fate of nations continues to hinge on the seeds of a Middle Eastern grass known as wheat.
