Feminists stand up! Lose the weight now

What made the experience of listening to Weight Loss Motivation for Women! the most enjoyable?

It talks about falsifying your perfectionist idealism. Because of that, you need to move ahead with your diet and healthy lifestyle.

What does Bo Morgan bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

They bring a sense of inspiration and they sounded very educational.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Yes this book was finished in one car drive. It lasted less than an hour but that means it was good.

I bought this audiobook for a friend who's wanting to lose weight. With so many products out there, this particular book by Elena Garcia is better than others because it specifically targets young and older women alike. If you want to lose weight and you're a feminist, this audiobook is for you.

Reminders of helpful tips

No, I did not learn anything new in this that I haven’t already heard before but this was still quite motivational. The reader’s voice is very pleasant and it just encouraged me to implement the healthy habits she reminded me of.

Don't waste your money

This isn't even a hypnosis audio. I must have read the description wrong. It's some lady giving information that we all already know. It reads like a lecture, all about you needing to find balance in your life by making better food choices and exercising. You know, if I wanted a lecture, I could get it free from my own mother.

Nothing Motivational Here

The title is definitely misleading. This audio book is about nutrition and exercise and isn't geared toward motivating women at all. The nutrition and exercise info is nothing new. The author tells you to eat natural whole foods, stay away from processed and GMO foods, don't drink alcohol or soda, stay away from sugar and salt, exercise and get enough rest. If you're looking for a book about mindset to accomplish what you already know you need to do, this book will not help.

This book provides nothing I haven't already read and the title is misleading. I didnt find motivation in this book at all.
