Sam Allberry explains a biblical view of our bodies and what they mean to us and God and how we should understand and treat our bodies. It is a much needed perspective and is very relevant to our society and culture right now. This book is easy to read and full of AHA moments! There is so much about our physical bodies in the Bible that I have managed to miss in my entire life as a Christian. I used this book to lead our church mental health life group sessions this semester and I have recommended it to EVERYONE I meet. LITERALLY EVERYONE. I really like the way Sam Allberry straightforward simplicity way of explaining a topic. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed another book by Sam. Great subject and well done in the way you bring it to life. Recommended

The author explains about our body through Gods eyes. He further speaks of everything that comes with our misguided perception of our own body in a way that is completely understandable and relatable. He is full of grace and empathy for the person who is searching for freedom from shame.
