There is explicit music, nonexplicit music, and censored music. With considering our First Amendment, there should just be "music" without out any explicatory subtypes. This book looks at the censorship in the music industry from the legal perspective as well as the moral perspective. This book allows for censorship enthusiasts and anticensorship activist to rethink censorship and ask if we really need it afflicting America's music industry. What the Bl**p!?!

Clinger discusses at length censorship in its impact on the music industry, I am cutting a star off in a spot or two because he kind of rides the fence on this issue, he doesn't pick a clear side. To me, and this is my opinion, when you write a book like this you need to take a stance tat is either pro or con to te topic and present your valid reasons for your line of thinking. In this book he provides food for thought in both camps. Still his research and ideas are solid bits of work, and he cannot be faulted for those. Oterwise, ths is a thought provoking piece.

As usual, Clinger enunciates clearly and vocalizes is material well.
