Gets you in touch with your body
I really like this, it wakes you up in the sense of getting in touch with your body, we go around not seeing nor respecting our bodies, only our heads. It tunes you in and puts you asleep so relaxingly. I bought the part 2 as well.

Need More than the Extremities
If you’ve listened to books by Geneen Roth before, how does this one compare?
I enjoy Geneen Roth very much, but this listen was lacking completeness. I enjoy her soothing voice and trust her wisdom. This meditation does bring awareness to the extremities but it stops before allowing full embodiment.
Your Relationship with Food, Vol. II focuses on the core by tuning in to physical and emotional hunger in our mouth, throat, power center and belly. For me, the second volume better helps to ground me in all of the body. It is a better integration of mindful inquiry and awareness whereas this volume is awareness of the certain body parts only.
