  • In this episode I had the honor of sitting down with former Navy SEAL, Daniel Licardo. Daniel served for 16 years in the US Navy. 6 years at SEAL Team 4, 3 years at SEAL Team 6, 3 years at NSWG Training Detachment, 2 years RDT&E. After his time in the Navy, Daniel worked anti-piracy onboard the Maersk Alabama for 2 years, Roughly 6 years for the State Department instructing, and 2 years safety for the oil and gas industry. In this episode we decided to run without a script. We dig into the psyche of man and the subconscious mind, our failures at balancing out the delicate aspects of what it means to be a warrior and protector of the home. We talk some self defense, Hazing in the teams and its purpose, personal accountability, our relationships with God, the accident that left Daniel without both of his legs, VA, medications, and thoughts of suicide.
