She finally became so frustrated that she took her health into her own hands. This led her to get her master’s degree in integrative nutrition at Maryland University of Integrative Health.

Abby is the founder of Bliss Point Nutrition where she offers 1 on 1 nutrition coaching, a fundamental cooking course, and a health span course. As Abby states, “I did not choose nutrition, nutrition chose me.” She is a wiz when it comes to all things digestion, hormones, and much more.
