#004 Unloading the weight of trauma

  • Summary

  • On episode #004 I share an incident that I was a part of many years ago that caused a significant amount of trauma in my life. I have carried this for years without knowing the impact and effect that it had on my life. I close by sharing how I have walked through it and started the healing process . I want to send a shout out to all of the individuals that walked through this experience with me. You are all amazing people. It was my honor to walk through this with you. You went above and beyond what was expected and asked of you.
