  • Next to running shoes, hydration systems is the second most commonly asked question I get from aspiring female runners. They want to know which one I recommend they get. And my response is always, “it all depends.” Because it does. 

    It depends on your distance, it depends on your fueling strategy, and it depends on what feels comfortable for you. Regardless, hydration systems are a must for all runners, both during training runs and during races, if you choose to participate in one.
