  • Hey there ya buncha angels! We have such a special guest with us on this episode. Journalist, Javier Cabral. You may know him on social media as "TheGlutster". Javier is the editor of LA Taco as well as an Associate Producer for the Netflix series, Taco Chronicles.  As of this year Javier has also won not one, but TWO James Beard Awards for his involvement with both LA Taco and Taco Chronicles.

    Prior to that, Javier was a restaurant scout for the legendary food journalist, the late and great Jonathan Gold whilst being a punk rocker and attending back yard punk shows in East Los Angeles.

    We talk about our love for Los Angeles and Southern California, the punk bands we both grew up on, backyard punk shows, food journalism, Javier's favorite places to travel to in Mexico, and much much more.
