As I go through this journey, I'll be checking in each week until I reach 100 days (because without accountability, I know I won't make it). I'm going to talk about both what I'm learning/feeling/experiencing and what topics I reflected on that week. Every day, I will focus on a new theme, which I'm sharing on my Instagram.
