    I am very, very excited about today’s episode, my friends. This topic is near and dear to my heart, and it’s something that I think we all need desperately.

    Today we’re talking about the importance of having a sacred practice in your life … finding a way to reconnect with your own soul, your own heart, and making time each day to honor that. 🥰

    Today, you get to meet the lovely Tania Ho, owner of Museflower Retreat & Spa in Thailand. Tania is really passionate about teaching people how to meditate in a fun, easy and practical way, and to trust their intuition. She wants you to create a daily habit of feeding your soul.
