    Did you know that your baby would come with an identity crisis? Even if you knew from reading a book or talking to another mom that working motherhood would be a massive change, actually undergoing the change catches us all by surprise. 

    It's internal change, external change, emotional upheaval, physical recovery, and a dozen other adjustments all at the same time and all while exhausted and disoriented. The stakes are high for us, and our resources are low. 

    Luckily, we have a way to normalize what we are experiencing, start to move through the identity crisis, and reorient ourselves as working mothers. Listen in to find out more!
