  • Summary

  • Trigger warning: Today's episode contains sensitive and potentially triggering content, including references to suicidal ideation.

Have you ever had a friend who was struggling with their mental health? Would you know how to help someone dealing with suicidal thoughts? Are you uncomfortable even thinking about it?

I want to dispel the shame linked to suicide, let go of preconceptions and discomfort to help those in our society suffering alone, in the dark. As tough as it might be to hear these words, it's a million times harder to live them.

In this episode, I share how becoming a mother was my own kind of miracle: it brought both tremendous joy and pain. Motherhood stripped me to my core, and I had no choice but to start looking inwards and begin the healing process. It was rough and all worth it….Cuz I'm still here to see my baby grow up. Join me in an honest conversation about the privilege of being human. There’s a little bit for everyone in this episode, and I hope you find something that resonates <3 We do get real and uncomfortable, so take care of yourself as you listen.
