  • This week I’m talking to Lauren Treharne, Owner of House by Betty, a lifestyle and stationery store in Camarthen. 

    Lauren started off with the world of fashion in her sights and after a few bumps in the road has created a business, and an online community to be proud of. 

    I found out about Lauren when an Instagram story of her singing in her shop made my day and I’ve been hooked ever since. We talked about building her business, overcoming an abusive relationship, her struggles with OCD and what life is really like when you’re trying to do it all.
