As we quickly approach the halfway point of 2024, let's take a deep breath and pause.

The 6th month of a 6-year cycle invites us to take inventory of where our focus has been and whether or not it is on track with where we want to end 2024.

On this month’s podcast, we are excited to welcome Melanie St. Georges and Denise Gonzales as part of our “Women In Yoga” series. They are the heartbeats of Blissful Spirits Yoga and are responsible for mentoring BK in his 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training.
