We differentiate between helping the most possible vs. in the best way possible. We talk about the death portal, the birth portal, and Anna shares the story of her traumatic birth experience.     Anna Vojtas is a fellow reiki master-teacher in the Hudson Valley. Her professional journey began working in addictions treatment and studying psychology, in which she found that the limitations of these fields were keeping her from providing the kind of healing she knew was possible. After studying reiki and traveling her own path of healing and heritage, her practice, called OHEŇ, which is Slovak for fire, provides healing support through her services.
