  • On this episode of Black Girl Galaxy I will still be focusing on the black student experience at predominantly white universities and colleges, speaking to my sister Osaru, who is a senior at Queens university and founded the first Queen's Black Premedical Association with the goal of encouraging black students on their routes to becoming doctors. We talk about the micro and macro-aggressions we have both faced on campus, the infamous Queens race party, the Queens black Medical Student Ban and how the culture at these schools creates environments that are not for black women or marginalized groups.
