In my 16 years in corporate, I realized that I needed to embrace the fact that I’m not for everyone. 

One of my biggest pieces of advice is to stop carrying the baggage of everything the world has told you to be into your career, life, and personal relationships. I did that early on and guess what? I messed up a lot because I wasn’t showing up as my authentic self.
