Sonia is the Associate Director at the Office of Career & Professional Development for the Silver School of Social Work at New York University.  She has 13 years of experience working in New York City spanning across integrated practice areas in mental health, non-profit, and higher education. She most recently has been spearheading the creation of a career office at NYU Silver School of Social Work, and strategizing to construct ways to address racism and white supremacy structures at NYU.
