    3- Set goals. The more you have to look forward to, the more fired up you’ll be.

    4- Do hard things

    5- Have good friends and relationships

    6- Eat well

    7- Train hard/exercise. Just 30 minutes of walking every day can boost your mood and improve your health.

    8- Practice Gratitude/Journal
