  • In this episode I talk about role models. As we get older we can sometimes forget about the need for having a role model or mentor. It can also be really difficult to find the right role model or mentor in life. In this episode I talk about how I found certain role models and adopted them as mentors without them really being aware. Sometimes it’s not always about getting a formal agreement with someone to mentor you. Sometimes just being with them, asking them questions and being curious about them and their lives is the best way to open up a form of mentorship. This is how I managed to get mentors in health and fitness.
