  • Hailing from a mountainous region on the border between Albania and Greece, Kosta never felt fully accepted by either society, but the diversity of cuisines he grew up with inspired him to become a chef. Upon moving to Ireland, he has worked to foster a sense of community and cultural exchange through the dishes he creates.
