Mr. Hayes has authored a book on real estate investing and is a contributing author on an entrepreneurship book, both to be released in 2023. As the head of Bridge South Investments, Mark Hayes leads the firm in its efforts to continue to deploy capital into multifamily properties in Tennessee and beyond.
