Can't Get Enough of This One!

I found this podcast at the perfect time in my life, right when I was going through some things. Ruby helped me see that I wasn't crazy for feeling how I felt, and that it was ok to feel those emotions. I'd never seen such a staunch advocate for men's mental health before, and really haven't to this day. She's a true champion, but also a dope person in general. The content she covers is varied (everything from sex, mental health, and personal stories, to the paranormal and beyond) and super informative. She takes pride in the research she does for her topics, and always finds outstanding guests when she wants even more expertise. There's literally something for everyone here! HIGHLY recommend. 5 stars. 15/10.
