    In this episode, Ellie was lucky enough to catch up with singer-songwriter Isaiah Grass. Isaiah Grass is a Chicago-based singer/songwriter. He's a former American Idol contestant in 2020, who gained international exposure! His fanbase reaches 250k followers worldwide, 1.5 million website visits, and he's verified on social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Youtube & his website). Some of his hits include: “Climb Over Mountains”, “A Girl Like You”, “This Is Not A Love Song”, “Wherever You Are”, “More Than Friends”, and his festive holiday song “Christmas with You” (where he donates proceeds to Salvation Army, and children's hospitals), and most recently I NEED YOU (inpsired by mental health).  Additionally, he's been ranked No.1 on the Chicago Reverbnation Pop Charts. On top of all of that, Isaiah is also an ambassador for the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI). He has such a beautiful message and is one of the most intentional artists out there.     Ellie had the wonderful opportunity to talk with Maddie Barrasso, Program and Grants Manager at not-for-profit, I Support The Girls. I Support the Girls collects donations of new and gently used bras, and individually sealed tampons and maxi pads and distributes them to girls and women experiencing homelessness across the U.S. and globally. Bras are considered a luxury and wearing the same bra for years causes health problems. Many times living on the streets means having to decide between buying a hot meal or a box of tampons.     In this episode, I was lucky enough to get the opportunity to speak with the brilliant, Deborah and Sophie Riegel! This mother daughter duo has written not one, but TWO books together entitled, Go To Help and Overcoming Overthinking. If you have not read these books, then I highly encourage you to head over to Amazon or your nearest bookstore to check out them out!    Additionally, Deborah is an instructor  at Wharton Business School and Columbia Business School, Harvard Business Review columnist, Keynote speaker and executive coach. Sophie is currently a junior Duke University. If you can believe it, Sophie wrote her first book in middle school entitled, Don’t Tell Me To Relax.   These highly intelligent women have a wealth of knowledge regarding mental health.
