Outrageous! Y'all really need to get me on the ballot for president because I'm going to get rid of those six Supreme Court justices who lied under oath about robe v Wade being settled law to get appointed to the highest court in the land! You're welcome marca :-) and if you're Tucson people please sign my petition to run for Sheriff go.azsos.gov/xww9 and share that link with all your Tucson friends if you want law enforcement to chillax I will bring in the ACLU to rewrite all the departmental policies so there will be no more jail deaths or police brutality reports! We'll get rid of about half the police force who are bad apples and terrorizing the population with impunity! And replace them with women's social workers does not sound nice? LOL This is authentic footage they should show right now on TMZ 😆 It shows Pima County Sheriff's illegally unlawfully unconstitutionally falsely arresting me and a Desert Storm vet and sending us off to jail on zero probable cause! Just want to tell you I feel your pain; the prison system in Arizona and in Tucson in particular is the worst in the country!!!! As you can probably tell I'm running for Sheriff, and I wanted the prison population to know that when I take office, y'all are going to breathe a big sigh of relief because I'm bringing in the ACLU of Arizona, we are going to rewrite all the department's policies so that they are fair and in accordance with the law; and we will be getting rid of about half the police force because they are so corrupt and out of control! I personally have been dragged off my property and sent to jail on zero probable cause several times now! It would be funny if it's not so outrageous! "The slave patrol in this country has been acting in a culture of impunity; I call it qualified impunity". At the same time things like quotas and pressure to make a certain number of arrests and/or taking at least one person to jail every day to feed the for-profit prison industry. This creates a lot of pressure on the officers to fabricate evidence and to basically ruin the lives of innocent people. Did you know there's a law whereby police can lie? Police are allowed by law to lie to us —how messed up is that?!?! I will put in a rule in the department and call for that law to be repealed! Even the cops themselves say 70% of the force is corrupt. Here's another statistic everybody should be aware of : 40% of officers are going home and beating up their wife and kids—literally and they're getting away with it, why? It is very hypocritical for them to be locking up people for doing the same thing they are doing at home, and our Police Department needs to maintain higher standards. When I'm sheriff, we're going to fire them. And we're going to fire the ones who have a track record of abuse with the public, then they won't be able to take out their aggression on the public.At the same time things will be safer for officers because they won't be pressured into situations like illegal searches and seizures in a state and a country where there are more guns than people if you know what I mean.
