  • This week we took a trip down to Anchorage to have a cup of coffee and learn about roasting coffee with AK Coffee Company. This was such a cool experience for me. I will be the first to admit I'm not the biggest coffee drinker and when I do drink coffee it has more creamer than coffee. But Emily made us a cup of black coffee and had us take a drink of it and it blew my mind. It was so smooth and complex in flavor. I can talk for hours about that one cup of coffee.
