    In a recent conversation Paul Boudreau, Reis Equipment’s Controller, shared with us that the Activate solution was selected because he believes it’s an effective way to increase service sales and better communicate with the customer. Paul also noted that Activate will help them be more proactive in addressing customer equipment needs before they turn into emergency repairs.
