  • Today's episode discusses the bullshit Bill C-10 which in my opinion is nothing short of an attack on free speech, as well as the abysmal state of education in Canada today and finally the importance of maintaining a good physical and mental health state. That is not to say that everyone needs to be a fitness super freak or a mindfulness guru, BUT it is important to find one's true balance.

    Norm's rant discusses the importance of maintaining an open and honest dialogue, remaining civil during the conversation and if/when the conversation turns sour, how extremely important it is to understand when you've crossed a line and apologize to the other party.

    This episode is dedicated to Sal Moola and those who have lost friends and family in the recent conflict in the middle east, both Palestinian and Israeli alike.
