    Hey Ambitchious Fam!

    Ready for some real talk? On this week’s episode of the Ambitchious Podcast, I get honest about something I’m sure we can ALL relate to lately: PEOPLE. ARE. SO. ANNOYING. Yup, I went there and I hope you are so here for it. If you’ve ever found yourself silently screaming at someone’s lack of boundaries or eye-rolling at the “attention seekers” of the world, you’re not alone!

    Here’s a taste of what went down in this hilariously relatable and totally empowering episode:

    My List of People Who Annoy the F Outta Me (And Maybe You Too!)

    • Those who can’t read social cues or respect boundaries (no, it’s not about the neurodiverse community—I am talking about the “everyday oblivious”).

    • People with zero impulse control—seriously, does every thought need to come out of your mouth?

    • Insecure folks who won’t stop complaining about themselves (we all have cellulite, ho. Move on!).

    • Attention seekers, narcissists, the flaky ones, the loud talkers, the personal space invaders…

    • Chronic complainers who have zero interest in change (even after all the advice!).

    But why is this bugging you so much? I break it down: If you’re feeling extra annoyed, it might be a sign you’re about to LEVEL UP. Sometimes that old energy creeps in just before big personal growth, and it’s your job as an Ambitchious human to recognize it and keep rising.

    How to Deal (HBIC-Style):

    • Stay self-aware and take radical responsibility—are you letting other people’s low-vibe energy dim your high-vibe light?

    • Remember: Not everyone is operating on your level of consciousness. Most people truly have no idea how they’re coming across.

    • Set boundaries and actually communicate them. (“A queen does not leave her throne to address peasants throwing stones.” 👑)

    • Don’t waste your precious energy trying to “fix” every annoyance; let the little stuff go.

    • Practice empathy, laugh at the nonsense (Ava laugh, anyone?), and keep your sense of humor.

    Let’s get real: Lately, it feels like people’s audacity is at an all-time high, am I right? Whether it’s out at dinner, traveling, or just interacting day-to-day, boundaries are getting tested everywhere. Today’s episode goes deep on how you—yes, YOU—teach others how to treat you, and how radical responsibility is everything when it comes to setting the standard for your relationships, work, and self-respect.

    Ask yourself: “Why am I letting this happen?” Address your own triggers and patterns—whether rooted in past trauma or old people-pleaser tendencies—so you can show up as your most powerful, intentional self.

    5. Clear Communication: No One is a Mind-Reader

    Don’t expect others to magically know your needs and limits. Say what you mean, mean what you say, and don’t apologize for it. It may feel uncomfortable, but resentment is a way worse feeling to carry.

    6. Consistency is Everything

    Boundaries mean nothing without consistency. Be vigilant—don’t make exceptions because you’re tired, guilty, or just not in the mood to deal. If you waver, people will test those boundaries again and again.

    7. Self-Respect (With a Side of Respect for Others)

    Remember: Upholding your standards isn’t just a favor to yourself—it’s also respectful to the other person. No one can meet your needs if you’re not clear about what they are.
