About Parnell Damone Marcano

Parnell Damone Marcano, a multi-hyphenate performer and Ovation Award winning producer, has performed in several venues around the world including Wembley Auditorium in London, the Gibson Amphitheater in Universal City, CA, Ceasar's Palace and MGM Grand in Las Vegas. As a background vocalist with Motown legends, Mary Wilson, and Thelma Houston, he has an opportunity to share the stage with legendary performers such as: The Temptations, The Four Tops, Martha Wash and Crystal Gayle.

In theater, he has appeared in Dreamgirls, Naked Boys Singing, Ragtime, Evita, Bed, Boys & Beyond, The Producers. He’s been a cast member at both Disneyland and Universal Studios, Hollywood. Parnell Damone has become an Ovation Award winning producer at Celebration Theatre, where he served as company manager for ten years, before joining the board of directors in January 2022.

In 2020, he wrapped four seasons of playing the role of "Carlton Cruise" in the award winning series, "Greenleaf " on OWN. Other recurring roles include the hit web series "Old Dogs And New Tricks ", "The Black Dawn" and "Jacked". Principal roles in the short films, "Tyrone Jones", "Nova", "Best Of Life", and "Pride: A Short Film".
