029: My new friend Samantha joins us on the podcast to share not one, but TWO birth stories of her own. How both journeys from pregnancy to birth differed, as well as the exposure to free birth and mindset shifts that happened during her second pregnancy are nothing short of incredible. Her first was a hospital birth with a doula and second was a free birth at home (with a midwife who came later!). Samantha is a holistic OT for the past 10 years and recently specializing in pelvic health after the birth of her baby in 2021. She fell in love with everything pregnancy, physiological birth and motherhood, which you can feel and hear in her voice as she speaks about it.
