Chris joins me for a chat about his passion for food, his journey so far, and his infamous sausage roll!

The Cotswold Guy was born out of Chris' bespoke private cheffing and his love of using the finest British ingredients! The Cotswold Guy offers heartwarming hospitality and high-quality food and beverage produce across its farm shops, restaurant, café, online shop, and catering & events service.

Based across the length and breadth of the Cotswolds, they provide quality, locally-sourced ingredients and dishes inspired by elevating the much-loved British classics such as the sausage roll, the beef Wellington, and the full English breakfast!

Chris' passion for what he does really shines through in this episode, and it was great to hear firsthand about the lessons he has learned so far as well as how he has become the go-to chef for the likes of David and Victoria Beckham!
