Average2Savage: Mindset is F*****G Everything.

By: Brian
  • Summary

  • At 30 years old I was working a dead end job, no college degree, no business or trade skills to speak of. My path forward wasn’t just unclear, it was non-existent. I was in terrible physical shape, depressed, anxious, confused. I thought, “Is this it for me?” I was scared to re-create my entire Life at 30 years old but I was more afraid of living the way I was for the rest of my days. Fast forward a few years and I have a thriving and fast growing coaching business, I’m in the best mental and physical shape I’ve ever been in and I’m obsessed with my future. I’m excited to wake up every day. But this didn’t happen right away. Every day I still battle my turbulent mind. I’ve failed and made lots of mistakes. I spent time and money on things that provided no value but I kept moving forward. My name is Brian Smith and I’m a mindset coach. I’ve been certified in personal training and nutrition through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I also hold certifications in meditation and breathwork but my expertise lies in overall behavior change. This podcast is simple, to provide an effective, action based solution toward mental and physical health. We live in an era where mental health is on the forefront and what’s been the result of all this awareness? More depression, more anxiety, feeling more meaninglessness and it’s getting younger. I’m here to provide simple and sustainable solutions toward upgrading mental and physical health through daily mindset shifts. Control your Mind, Create your Life.
