Welcome to the very first bawmcast episode.

We could give our listeners a quick rundown of what this podcast is going to present, however we would rather first introduce ourselves and our story.

Introducing your hosts Grant Morgan and Shane Seligman CEO’s of bawmcast. Two highschool dudes with a passion like no other. All around the world today, teens are getting caught up in the distractions of our everyday societal errors. We feel that our generation is losing creativity and the passion to strive to be something great and cooperatively we want to do something about it.

Our listeners may ask themselves what does bawmcast mean. On one hand we could simply tell you the answer however the answer is much more complex. Grant and I sat down months ago in preparation for our first episode, in preparation for the start of this business and asked ourselves, “What can we help this generation achieve?” After countless hours of brainstorming we finally were led to a point of unity, a stance where we could confidently say that we wanted to help others begin Building a Winning Mindset or Bawm for short.

Each episode features an in-depth conversation with an entrepreneur who has overcome obstacles, taken risks, and achieved their goals. Our goal is to inspire the youth by sharing the stories of these successful entrepreneurs, who started with nothing but an idea and turned it into a thriving business. We believe that by hearing these stories, our listeners will be motivated to pursue their own dreams, no matter how big or small and finally take that leap of faith to begin building a legacy of their own. From episode to episode, season to season, we hope to cover a wide range of topics, Each week so we can ultimately guide each and every one of our listeners to success in different ways.

From tech startups to social enterprises, Billionaires to those who just made their first score, the show explores a diverse range of industries and business models, with a particular focus on those that are making a positive impact in the world.
