  • I spent years thinking there had to be something more - to what I could give, what I was capable of and to what my life was really about. I tried and fell, tried and fell, tried and fell. And each time I fell I got to up, thought about what I'd learned, and tried again.

    Then I started to make conscious choices about building a life that was the shape I wanted to live in, and a business I loved whole-heartedly and unapologetically.

    It happened by unlocking what was great about me.

    I discovered that the foundations lay in the assets I already had. And so I took those things out and got to know them (and in some cases, again). I tried them out, building and shaping them - like new muscles - until they became an indelible part of both who I was and who I wanted to be. And I started to share them with others...
