Bailey is in the midst of growing his coaching business called: Lean In Coaching. As the name implies, the idea here is understanding where each individual client is from a health and fitness standpoint so that they can lean into more positive habits and routines. Step by step, Bailey takes a tailored approach so that his clients truly identify with the progression of becoming more fit and healthy to achieve lasting results.

With a background in exercise science, fitness coaching and ongoing health certifications, Bailey stays away from misinformed buzz words and short-term promises so that his clients walk away self-sustained. He’s also a nurse and a part of the army reserves because he genuinely enjoys helping people.
