    Finally!!! After my daughter took over my studio (did she really need her own bedroom), I set up a little corner of the living room to have my Pioneer controller hooked up and ready to play. It was great to have a little mess around and I recorded a bit of a breaks mix.

    These are tracks which I have downloaded recently and there does appear to have a lot of OnDaMike in there.

    Also the first track is a little exclusive which someone made for me...

    I know it's been a moment, but here is a new podcast! And I thought I would take it back to a format of how I used to do my shows back when I was broadcasting live on Fire Radio, with a slight difference (no live mixing).

    So first half, all 130 four four electro and breaks, and then second half we take it up to 175 for 30 mins of drum & bass.

    A little out of my comfort zone I was asked to play a chill out set at Bay Bar in Ibiza. The music policy was house music, 'house music Mike, no chilled dubstep or liquid drum & bass, house music Mike!!'. He didn't say I couldn't play breaks so...

    This is my "Chill & Breaks" mix or "Bass & Chill" mix, not sure which one is better.

    Originally I was going to play this set at Bar Bay on the seafront of San Antonio however due to various reasons the venue wasn't ready to open. Which was a real shame, as I would have been the opening set on the opening day of the season.

    So this is the set I had planned, put together at home on Ableton. Grab a can of cocktail, get the deck chair out in the garden and imagine an Ibizan sunset.

    Shouts to Jay, Jethro and James (aka Triple J) who were meant to be on the line up with me. Maybe next year.
