This means making a difference in the lives of others, while inspiring them to want to do likewise. Mark calls this concept, "paying it backwards". Mark's brand promise to others is: I inspire purposeful growth - a desire to help others along their growth journey. Mark's brand style is competent, confident and inspiring.
