    In this episode I discuss breaking the cycle but I talk about the missing parts of breaking all cycles. We concentrate so much on the trauma cycle, we don’t talk about those additional traits we have that stick with us as we grow. It’s been a long few weeks and when I tell you I have learned a lot, I am not lying.
